In summer, Donner Lake is your backyard, spend the day swimming off the beaches, paddleboarding and kayaking the shoreline, fishing, or picnicking by the water, then hike and bike the trails right out of Donner Summit. The house comes with three Tahoe Regional Passes, so up to three of your vehicles park free at Donner Memorial and other state parks around the lake, no parking fees, no hassle. In spring and fall, it's a basecamp for climbers and cyclists, with world-class granite at Donner Summit, legendary road and gravel riding, covered bike storage, and gear on hand. In winter, you're minutes from Sugar Bowl, Boreal, and Royal Gorge, and about 30 minutes from Northstar and Palisades. Inside: a fully stocked kitchen, movie/karaoke/game room, two workstations with fast WiFi, a home gym (yoga mats, TRX, hangboard, and dumbbells), a sauna, a wood-burning fireplace, a Level 2 EV charger, and a BBQ grill.
